Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Deadlines

Refund requests for subscriptions or workshop registrations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the program or subscription period. Requests made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain programs or retreats may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the cancellation timing.

3. Cancellation from User Side

  • More than 7 days before start: 100% refund (minus processing fees).
  • 3-7 days before start: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before start: No refund.

For ongoing monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Cancellation due to Program Unavailability

In the unlikely event that Spanda cancels a class, workshop, or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
